Thank You Abah and Mama
It has been nearly 3 months I have become an officer at KPKT. To be exact an administrative and diplomatic officer (PTD).
It has become to my thought that after several years I have become one. After series of postponing the DPA because I pursued my master and pregnant at the same time.
For these few months I feel happy to make my parents happy and proud of me.
For me being a PTD is something ordinary but for most people PTD is great job.
I do not know maybe it is my luck I have been postponing my DPA for 2 times. JPA did contact me in 2014 and 2015 to fill the post.
That was in 2014, when I was in UK, there was a number 03-888***** had called me several times. Thus, I called them back. They said that I was offered to become Administrative Officer for 6 months before pursuing the DPA course on October 2014. I have to decline the offer because I just arrived in UK to pursue my MSc in Project Management in Construction.
Then in May 2015, JPA sent me offer letter for DPA course but I have to decline it again because I was still in UK and pregnant at that time.
Then in March 2016, JPA did email me telling me about UKJK at SPA. I have to undergo UKJK and PAC then an interview. April 2016 I got the offer letter. It was the 3rd offer for me. Some people feel that it is really my destiny to become a PTD because I have declined twice but I was still offered the post. Alhamdulillah. I hope my road to see Allah SWT will become easier and get more reward when deciding to serve the nation. It is about serving the ummah (UIA's quote). And hopefully my decision to become PTD is better than become a Quantity Surveyor.
I am not writing this to be arrogant but to tell others that when Allah said it is mine then it will become mine. I still vividly remember I wanted to accept the offer to become PTD for 6 months in 2014 because I have long summer break but my father warned me and told me that finish what you have started. "jangan yang dikejar tak dapat, yang dikendong berciciran". I am now thank my father for that and all. Thank you Abah.
Thank you Mama for a great effort of taking care of my jewel (Ariana Naqiyyah) for 10 months when I attended DPA course. Without major support from both of you and my lovely husband. I will not be here.
If you guys want any tips do let me know.
Thanks for reading and have a nice day everyone!
