WHY TERENGGANU BUILDINGS KEEP ON COLLAPSING?

Kuala Terengganu is my hometown. I was born there but I grew up at Pahang (Kuantan and Bandar Pusat Jengka). My family and I keep on moving until I was in form two. I’ve been living in Kuala Terengganu since then without transferring to others state although on March 2006, my father had been transferred to KL headquarters office of Town and Country Planning, my family and I don’t move at all but at that time I was pursuing my studies at CENFOS (centre for foundation studies) IIUM. So I stayed at PJ hence it didn’t bring any enormous impact to me though. That said it didn’t affect me at all because I wasn’t in Kuala Terengganu at that time.
Such detail explanation right? Why I keep on telling about moving, living here and there, Terengganu and my hometown?
May 2009, we have been surprised by the collapse of the fresh (new) Stadium which situated at Gong Badak, Kuala Terengganu that costs 300million. Everybody was shocked with the news. How such an expensive stadium can collapse in the twinkle of eyes (very fast). The deterioration was so speedy, wasn’t it?
The structure of the stadium has been pointed as the cause of collapsing but beyond this thing, who’s know there is something hidden among those involved in this project, right. There should be some conspiracy in between of this incident.
The contractor that has been assigned to construct this stadium should be blamed pertaining to the collapse because he can’t cater the Defect Liability Period (D.L.P). he should be responsible since the Certificate of fitness(C.F) has been released until up to 12month.
Based on the contract (law of building) stated that the D.L.P is usually 12month after the completion if it is not been mentioned in the contract between the client and the contractor. So why after one and half year there is no repair work been done at all? Is that means that the stadium going to be like a statue? Can’t be utilized as it functions? Can’t cater the need of sport carnival? Hurm, I need someone who knows better about this matter to explain to me real situation about this. I’m sick of hearing rumors so the one that has been responsible to fix this problem please come forward to explain everything to me because I need your explanation for my RESEARCH PAPER.
I heard from my friend that the report of this case has been completed but neither be published in mass media. Again WHYYYYYYYYYYYYY???
